Do something great

As an alumni volunteer, sharing your time, experiences and expertise with students and fellow graduates is a great way to give back to USW.

Your relationship with the University need not come to an end at graduation, and by joining the Alumni Volunteering Programme your support contributes to the success and vibrancy of our student experience, research, and community initiatives.

Want to give back to USW but not sure where to start? We’re happy to talk you through the range of volunteering options available and how to best to use your time to inspire our community.

There’s a place for everyone in the Volunteering Programme – whether you’ve only got a few minutes to spare or are able to commit a couple of hours from your schedule. Perhaps you’re overseas and would be keen to deliver remotely? Or, maybe you live here in South Wales and would be happy to visit us on campus when it’s safe to do so?

It’s not a one-way flow of value either, as alumni volunteers in business regularly report back on the benefits of welcoming student talent into their organisation.

Whether organising a reunion, being an integral part of an overseas alumni group or supporting our careers programming, there are plenty of ways you can remain involved with the University of South Wales.
